i’m hanna storm (b. 1985) poet, performance artist and activist based in turku, finland. i have accomplished several poetry and other performances, poetry readings and videos as well as published my poems and other texts in different magazines and other publications.

in my poettry and (poetry) performances i often explore topics such as relationships . genders, violence towards femininity, mental health, solitude and externality.

i’m founder and member of MONTA collective (monta=many, plenty) which explores diversity of gender through poetry and other art forms.

 

i have education as researcher (ph.d., literature and gender studies). after finishing my ph.d. 2012, i have worked as freelance researcher and artist. since 2016 i have concentrated only on art.
